Terms of Use

Effective date: September 3, 2026

These terms apply to the WeekArc iOS application and weekarc.com (together, "WeekArc"). By using WeekArc you agree to them.

1. What WeekArc is — and is not

WeekArc is a personal health and progress tracking app for tracking and educational purposes only. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. WeekArc never suggests, calculates or adjusts medication doses, never interprets symptoms, and never tells you when to take or skip a dose. Decisions about your medication and your health belong to you and your healthcare provider — always consult them.

2. Your records, your responsibility

WeekArc displays the information you record and the data you choose to read from Apple Health. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter and for keeping your own backup: your records live only on your device, and the encrypted export you create is the way they survive a lost or replaced phone. Estimated values (such as estimated fat mass or the Estimated Medication Timeline) are educational illustrations, not measurements.

3. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use WeekArc for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. The app, its design, its texts and the Arcy character are the intellectual property of the WeekArc team. Third-party trademarks (including medication brand names, Apple and Google marks) belong to their respective owners and appear only for identification.

4. Third-party services

Some optional features rely on third parties: Apple Health (Apple Inc.), the optional Arcy narration (OpenAI) and food barcode lookups (Open Food Facts). Their availability is not under our control, and their services are governed by their own terms. What data reaches them, and when, is described in our Privacy Policy.

5. No warranty

WeekArc is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that estimates shown in the app match your individual physiology.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the WeekArc team is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, WeekArc — including loss of data you did not back up. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; the current version always lives on this page with its effective date. Continued use after a change means acceptance of the updated terms.
